My teen daughter has been taking lessons with Keira and has grown in skill and confidence. She enjoys being able to learn and practice music that's relevant and popular which has made it fun to practice and prepare for upcoming auditions. Keira has been so supportive and kind. My daughter has always looked forward to each lesson!

I have been taking lessons from Betsy and Twin Cities Voice Co. for about a month and a half, and the difference in how my voice sounds now, versus before I started, in just that timeframe, is astounding. As many know, the journey to finding one’s voice is truly and in many ways lifelong, but when you have wonderful instructors like Betsy, like Keira, that journey gets the chance to be filled with joy, positivity, and light.

Not only has the instruction for the physical act of singing been profound, but the approach to the holistic nature of singing, the fully engaged sensory and emotional connection the body has when the voice is used musically, has been so very enlightening, utterly engrossing, and exceptionally informative.

I was very nervous during my first lesson, but as the weeks have progressed, I no longer feel overwhelmed to stillness by those nerves, because the instruction and guidance has helped me ten-fold understand what to do to get a fully present and intentional sound with my voice. Through their warm and enthusiastic in-person support, great skill (needless to say they are both FANTASTIC singers) and their thoughtfully laid out at home practice assignments (available on one handy app!), it starts to become so natural.

When people say it can be worthwhile to pay for lessons if you want to sing, I believe this is what they mean. I just couldn’t recommend Twin Cities Voice Co. enough.

I highly recommend Twin Cities Voice. After I took a long break from singing, Keira has helped me to sing healthier and more confidently than I have in years! Keira is a joy to work with and I always look forward to my weekly lessons!
